We had a wonderful trip! Thanks for all your help!

The flights: Great

Transfers: Great

Beach: Good – there were some huge sand bags to help stop the beach erosion but not bad,

Pool: Beautiful but too cold for me we didn’t get in.

Service: Excellent

Food: Average – not bad. We liked the Japanese restaurant alot. Our favorite thing was the buffet – not great but consistently good.

Rooms: Nice, very clean. My one complaint was the mattresses were harder than concrete. They did offer a foam pad but I wasn’t real excited about that.

Entertainment: Surprisingly good – The entertainment staff did nightly shows and did a pretty good job.

Normally in the past we have stayed at Sandals properties. This was our first time at an Iberostar resort. We were very pleased overall. My main complaint is the rock hard mattresses. Compared to Sandals the specialty restaurants were not as good but I’d say the buffets were very comparable. In all we felt that it was a far better value than Sandals.

Transfers: transfers went well

Beach: beach was beautiful

Pool: pools were nice. It would have been nice to have a swim up bar in the main pool.

Service: good

Food: much better then the last time we went.

Rooms: room was nice.

Entertainment: good

One more thing Marcy....we always kept you in mind and never just drank one! Thanks again to you and Frank for getting us the great deal we had. We did really have a great time. Ash and Chels are wanting to go with their boyfriends - something all inclusive....so they will be getting in contact with you. I think Ashley already talked with you about another all inclusive...we decided that was the only way to go!
