The resort was small, which we liked, but we had access to a couple of the larger resorts close by. The staff was wonderful,
fun, and very accommodating. We loved that the beach was so close. The food was fine. It was a wonderful
trip and I would definitely go back to Mexico and stay longer. Thank you for working so hard

Great! no problems. only a couple of other stops. Beach:
Crazy!!! Never seen anything like it. The way it had been fixed by the government made it have like a 3 ft drop
off. The Conch shells were coming in like crazy. Very, very neat. The beach is now the biggest beach I've
ever seen. Pool: Great service at
the swim-up bar even though it was incredibly busy. Always service with a smile. Service: As always with the RIU...service with a smile. Those workers have to be the happiest
people on Earth. ALWAYS smiling and there to serve you. Ask and you shall receive!! We told them it was
our fourth stay at a riu and they left several gifts in our room(little statues and tequila). Rooms: Riu rooms are never the best, but they always serve their purpose. They are always
very clean, just not the most updated, but that is fine with me! Food:
Probably one of the more disappointing meal options for me. The Steakhouse was very good, but the buffets were definitely
lacking. Can always manage to find something, but have had better. Entertainment: One of the best things about a riu in my opinion . There staff is amazing
from the entertainment in the evenings to the pool side entertainment and the activities on the beach. There is something
for absolutely everyone and as always with a SMILE!! I
would certainly recommend this resort to someone who is not looking for a high end resort. If you are a person with
the "best is never good enough" attitude then not the place for you. WE LOVED IT, but we love Mexico,
the people, the atmosphere etc. We would and will absolutely
use your service again. Already planning for one for the first of 2011. (UNLESS YOU FIND A DEAL TO DIE FOR THAT
I WOULDN'T WANT TO MISS OUT ON...HINT, HINT, HINT ...2011 is a long way off ;) You all went above and beyond with my multitude of questions and even answered questions about the beach the day
before we left...thank you SO much! We will refer you to everyone we know for travel. The trip was a total success! Thanks again for all you did-- Stefanie |
